Will your stall include the following?

Cooking with flame / flammable explosive substances.
Use of sharp object - knives etc.
Working with electrical appliances other than display lights and stoves.
Heating source of any kind including cookery demonstration or gel burners.
Will you be doing any tasting / sampling of food from the standing? If so please make sure you abide by the rules and regulations laid out in the indemnity section. If you serve food of any kind you must advise the organizers as an application must be submitted with the department of health.

Do you require any additional electronics over and above what is included in your stall agreement?

This will be an additional cost which will be communicated to you.

Exhibition Indemnity
I/We have read and understand our responsibilities as laid out in the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation and took note of the common areas of risk. I/we accept our resposibilities as laid and all relevant legislation cover the event.
