Jolo's Street Cookout Concept
- JOLO’S STREET COOKOUT is an event based on cuisine and market inspired atmosphere.
- Individual stalls/stands are rented out to entrepreneurs/sellers of unusual traditional food (kasistyle). Picnic style tables and benches are setup opposite the stands/stalls for all clients to utilize while enjoying their food.
- The market is complimented by background lounge music to encourage conversation and occasionally hosts live traditional dancers/band.
- Ohungi (storytelling, information sharing, QA)
- Up to 30 stalls/stands which are operated by mostly young local chefs, selling a variety of dishes to no less than 2000 people per event.
